Konservasi Indonesia (KI) is seeking a qualified consultant or consulting team to undertake a multi-dimensional impact analysis of potential land-use change scenarios in the Konda Peninsula, South Sorong Regency, Southwest Papua.
The Konda Peninsula (approximately 42,000 hectares) is an ecologically significant landscape containing peat swamp forests, mangrove ecosystems, important biodiversity values, and areas of cultural significance for Indigenous communities. KI requires an independent scientific assessment to evaluate the ecological, biological, social, economic, and climate-related consequences of potential land-use change scenarios and provide evidence-based recommendations for future management of the area.
